All these use 5 starting Karma.
Warrior Monk/Nun
Level 2, Warrior 2
Hook: I will perfect my swordsmanship; nothing else matters.
Single-mindedly focused on being the perfect fighter, she has no time for anything else.
Rather than taking another Role, she spent her last starting Karma on another Maneuver.
Swords +2; Parry +1 (an extra bonus when defending with any weapon.)
Hand of Mercy
Level 2, Healer 1, Loremaster(Religion) 1, Adept(Divine) 1
Hook: I devote my life and soul to the will of my gods and the care of my fellow man.
Devoted to his calling, he will always seek nonviolent solutions, and is compelled to help all.
Healer Maneuver: Treat Contagion 1
Loremaster Maneuver: Medicinal Lore 1; a faith-based repository of healing knowledge.
Adept Maneuver: Divine Blessing 1 — Once per day per patient may use a Token to trigger a bonus Recovery, to a maximum number of times/day equal to the Maneuver rank.
Holy Templar
Level 2, Warrior 1, Conjuror 2
Hook: I will defend the faith against all evils!
A warrior zealot, tasked by the gods to seek out evil and smite it, he makes no compromises.
