The work is correct and the certification says so - signed, sealed, filed in triplicate. Institutions sell certainty, and their prices are printed precisely so that no one can call them personal. The fee is steep, non-negotiable, and worth it: what the Magister's seal opens, no argument of yours could. Budget for the renewal.

Inverted

The schedule of fees turns out to be an instrument. Renewals, amendments, expedition charges - each one printed, each one proper, each one timed to your need with an accuracy that cannot be accidental. The institution has noticed that you require it, and requirement is what institutions monetize. Somewhere in the schedule is a fee you can afford to refuse. Find that one.
